The props I made for Allen Hall Advertising’s Photobooth

Remember the time that this happened because I do and WOW these people are just wonderful. Shoutout to Rachel for coordinating the use of an Instax on this one.
Feeling some good Allen Hall Advertising vibes tonight.
In the past three weeks I’ve been transitioning out of my Co-Director role and it’s been like an out-of-body experience. Not standing at the front of the room or making the huge decisions is a relief, but it’s also scary to hand it all off to a new group of leaders. (I don’t have any legitimate reasons to be nervous, though; The new Directors are incredibly talented and I have full faith that they will continue to grow the agency in ways that I can’t even predict.)
For the past year I’ve worked with an amazing team (Eli & Leah) to rebuild this agency from the ground up, and it’s been more challenging and rewarding than I ever thought it would be. I signed on the dotted line via email during spring break last year after only meeting one member of the agency. My expectations were vague at best.
Listing here everything I’ve learned from my time in AHA would be exhausting and probably trite, so I’ll just say that it’s been one of the most meaningful things I’ve done in the last few years.
Finding AHA-moments has been a huge piece of my life for the past 12 months, and I don’t intend to stop now.

I’ve been working on this comic for five hours straight and my brain is melting?

A small “about me” video for an internship I just applied for. It was a lot of work but I’m really happy with how it turned out! I’ve always wanted to try a time-lapse drawing video.

Drawing your own face is fucking hard.

Thoughts:

- Just started packing. I leave to go back to Eugene in 11.5 hours.
- WHERE DID ALL OF THIS STUFF COME FROM
- Am I bad for wanting/having this much stuff?
- Probably not I mean a lot of it is books and art supplies so it’s ~good stuff~
- Also a lot of it is candy so oops
- So excited to get back to the land of ducks and honey
- FOREVERALONE MANOR HERE I COME
